Prints of quality


Prints are Lambda prints made on photographic paper, using a Durst Lambda printer, from a high definition digital file. Those prints are of a high standard quality: contrast, sharpness as well as rendering are optimum both in color and black and white. Prints are offered in limited edition, and come with a certificate of authenticity including the signature of the photographer and a unique number, thus ensuring you with the authenticity of your photograph.     
Prints are all made by a professional laboratory and all photographs are checked by the photographer before the launch of a limited edition.
Prints limited to "X copies" are made only within this number of copies in the world: no other print at this format will be made again in the future after the edition is sold out, thus assuring you of the limited circulation of your print.


Protected packaging

 

We take particular care in packaging and sending our orders. Bubble wrap or a sheet of thick cardboard protects the photograph from scratches or breakage. Soft polystyrene corners as well as specially conceived package adapted to each format ensures the ideal protection for your photographs.

 

Satisfaction guaranteed

 

Despite the care we take with our prints, framing and delivery, we will exchange any photograph that doesn't correspond to the order you placed or which doesn't meet high quality guaranty you.

You can ask a replacement or a refund of your money. This request must be made within two weeks of delivery.  Any claim after this period cannot be accepted.

The prints must be sent back to the address we will send you in the exact state they were received in the same packaging and the same protective raping.

All delivery costs will be reimbursed in full. Our prints are sold as they are represented on our web site www.shashingallery.com.

Shashin cannot be held responsible for the slight differences that may exist and which are due to the printing techniques used.

 

Right of revocation

 

Within 7 working days of delivery you have the right to request a replacement or a refund.

You should, within the period stated above, contact Shashin customer service either through the contact form or by telephone (+33 1 73 75 93 77) mentioning the reference number of your order. We will then assign you a return number and instruct you on how to proceed.

Any articles return which are incomplete, damaged, or sailed by the customer (fingerprints or stains of any other nature) would not be accepted. We will refund the cost of any photograph purchased as well as the initial delivery fees (the return fees are at your expense), within 15 days of receiving your returned package.
